Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum Hours:

2am - 11am Location: Swanley Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills? Integral Staff is recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of a respected and fast-paced distribution business based in Swanley . This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your logistics career and make a real impact in a busy warehouse environment. The Role: As a Warehouse Supervisor , youll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards of performance. Youll manage a team of operatives, coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, and work closely with management to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Supervising a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and quality standards are met

Organising workloads and shift patterns to meet operational demands

Overseeing goods-in and goods-out processes, including loading and dispatch

Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock accuracy

Enforcing health and safety policies and ensuring all staff are compliant

Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices

Training and mentoring new and existing team members

What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution supervisory role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of warehouse health & safety procedures

Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)

Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
