Warehouse Supervisor

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a hands-on approach and a knack for team leadership? We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy operations team and help drive performance, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You'll oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring timely picking, packing, and deliveries. You'll lead and support a small team, prioritising workloads, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The working pattern is Monday to Friday 2am to 11am.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, allocating and monitoring workloads Ensure all orders (IRFs) are picked, processed, invoiced, and dispatched on time Coordinate deliveries and plan loading schedules Support staff development through cross-training and on-the-job coaching Assist with stock control and ensure accurate computer records Maintain warehouse systems and ISO9002 compliance Promote a clean, safe, and organised working environment Help manage packing consumables and equipment maintenance Step in for the Warehouse Manager when required
