The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for motivating and supervising a team of operatives to ensure accurate and timely receipt, picking, packing, and dispatch of products, whilst maintaining a strong focus on Health & Safety, performance targets, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:" Assist managers in motivating and leading the warehouse team to achieve daily performance targets and maintain high service standards." Monitor and enforce all Health & Safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment and immediate reporting of hazards or incidents." Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements."
