Location: Lichfield, Fradley Park Shift: Monday Friday, 14:00 PM 22:30 PM Salary: £28,000 + £9 shift allowance per worked day About the Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team at our Fradley Park site in Lichfield. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, directing workflow, and supporting both customer and company performance standards during our afternoon shift.

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team across one or more customer accounts.

Track employee hours and provide constructive feedback.

Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor on shipping schedules and labour needs for rework projects.

Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Ensure IT and equipment are maintained in good working order.

Support training of new Operators and oversee adherence to SOPs.

Conduct site inductions and manage standard operating procedure sign-offs.

Monitor safety and report hazards or unsafe conditions.

Assist in maintaining warehouse security, cleanliness, and stock rotation.

Perform or assist with physical inventories.
