You'll take charge of daily operations within a busy warehouse environment-organising workloads, motivating your team, and ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched safely and on time. This is a physically active role that also requires strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.

This is a hands on role, looking for someone to lead the rotating day shift (5am-2pm / 1pm-10pm, Monday to Friday), overseeing a team to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a supervisory warehouse role, ideally in a hands-on setting Ability to lead by example and get stuck in when needed Valid Combilift or Counterbalance forklift licence Comfortable with manual handling and order picking tasks Highly organised, communicative, and calm under pressure Experience with timber products is desirable but not essential-full training pro...
