We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business seeking a proactive and motivated Supervisor to lead one of their day shift teams at a busy depot You'll take charge of daily operations within a busy warehouse environment-organising workloads, motivating your team, and ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched safely and on time. This is a physically active role that also requires strong leadership, communication, and planning skills. This is a hands on role, looking for someone to lead the rotating day shift (5am-2pm / 1pm-10pm, Monday to Friday), overseeing a team to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations. Requirements: Prior experience in a supervisory warehouse role , ideally in a hands-on setting Ability to lead by example and get stuck in when needed Valid Combilift or Counterbalance forklift licence Comfortable with manual handling and order picking tasks
