Warehouse supervisor Robertson Recruitment are working with a leading logistics company based in Nottingham as they look for a warehouse supervisor. The candidate must be an experienced leader who can able to thrive in a high-volume, time-critical environment. You will be working in a warehouse with around 100 workers and you will be responsible for managing around 25-30 of these workers. Please be aware this is two stage interview including a practical assessment. Working hours Monday to Friday. 40 hours a week. 06:00am - 14:00pm / 14:00pm - 22:00pm Responsibilities Responsible for managing a team from 25-30 warehouse operatives on a consistent basis. Follow target driven KPIs and maximise the output from your team. Conduct daily team briefs and plan out work load while in constant dialogue with the Warehouse Manager.
