Warehouse supervisor Robertson Recruitment are working with a leading logistics company based in Nottingham as they look for a warehouse supervisor. The candidate must be an experienced leader who can able to thrive in a high-volume, time-critical environment. You will be working in a warehouse with around 100 workers and you will be responsible for managing around 25-30 of these workers. Please be aware this is two stage interview including a practical assessment. Working hours Monday to Friday. 40 hours a week. 06:00am - 14:00pm / 14:00pm - 22:00pm Responsibilities Responsible for managing a team from 25-30 warehouse operatives on a consistent basis. Follow target driven KPIs and maximise the output from your team. Conduct daily team briefs and plan out work load while in constant dialogue with the Warehouse Manager. Produce daily KPI reports driven from the business objectives. Responsible for implementing processes that improve the team moving forward Key skills Experience of working in a busy warehouse with a high level of picking/packing Driven by results Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage performance Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and solve problems quickly Experience of warehouse management systems Full UK Licence Benefits Enhanced holiday entitlement dependent on length of service.
