Key Responsibilities Take full accountability for the overall management and operational performance of the Distribution Centre Develop and implement the company’s strategy and management processes at the site level Lead budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss responsibilities, reporting results to senior management Ensure execution of orders and achievement of KPIs across all shifts, maintaining high quality and efficiency standards Manage client relationships and oversee contract fulfilment Represent the Distribution Centre in meetings with the company’s Management Board and external stakeholders
