Are you ready to take full ownership of a Distribution Centre? As Site Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of operations, strategy, and team development at our logistics hub. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take full accountability for the overall management and operational performance of the Distribution Centre
  • Develop and implement the company’s strategy and management processes at the site level
  • Lead budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss responsibilities, reporting results to senior management
  • Ensure execution of orders and achievement of KPIs across all shifts, maintaining high quality and efficiency standards
  • Manage client relationships and oversee contract fulfilment
  • Represent the Distribution Centre in meetings with the company’s Management Board and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar site or project management role within logistics, warehousing, production, or construction industries
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-shift teams (2 or 3 shifts)
  • Confident in taking ownership of complex site operations while highly organised with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to analyse and monitor KPIs and make effective data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated capability to manage budgets and P&L
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
