Role Purpose Using the relevant company and customer purchasing and inventory systems, as Materials Controller you will be responsible for ensuring that all materials are ordered and effectively managed within the required timescales, meeting internal and external customer requirements, specifications and schedules.
Stakeholders Internal: Colleagues, Line manager, Support functions External: Customers, Suppliers, Auditors, HMRC
Key Responsibilities Internal and external customer and supplier liaison, ensuring correspondence surrounding departmental tasks is communicated appropriately Process all duty free and duty paid deliveries into the warehouse, ensuring documentation is controlled and maintained in line with departmental processes Process orders and returns for both internal and external customers, ensuring documentation is controlled and filed appropriately Manage all documentation and processes in line with HM Revenue & Customs, CAA and company requirements Manage and maintain all customer portals, including stock submissions and confirmations upon receipt Keep the operation informed on product issues and set up par levels Keep HMRC updated on inventory status and ullage notifications ...
