Overview

Warehouse Manager – Drinks FMCG Business – South London. Up to £35,000 based on skills and experience. Five on-site days per week with opportunities for growth.

This role is with a growing drinks business that operates a production facility in South London. The company has a product range available to restaurants and bars and follows a reuse and refill policy with a hands-on culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the bottling line and manage packing, picking and distribution of products.
  • Handle Goods In and Out processes, inventory management, and adherence to SOPs to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production targets while upholding quality standards.
  • Day-to-day running of the warehouse, operations and safety.
  • Operate and oversee bottling and canning lines, ensuring processes are smooth and meet quality standards.
  • Manage picking and packing of all orders and ensure accurate stock control.
  • Conduct receipt, inspection, storage and dispatch of goods; maintain cleanliness and workflow.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform stock checks, manage shortages and damages.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality SOPs across all warehouse activities.
  • Report to founder to support operation and business growth.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a production, warehouse or operations role, ideally within an FMCG environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management, bottling, distribution and/or packaging.
  • On-site availability for up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
