Our global client based near Hayes is looking for a Operations (Logistics & Warehouse) Manager to join their team on a 12 month contract. The role is looking to start in November, with 3 days a week onsite presence required and 2 days working from home.

Manage strategic partnerships with key logistics and 3PL providers, including leading quarterly and annual performance reviews to ensure alignment with service level agreements and business objectives. Manage the inbound and outbound logistics, brokerage, customs, 3PL and distribution functions to ensure goods are at the right place at the right time at the lowest possible cost. Responsibility for the management of inbound and outbound freight across a number of manufacturing and distribution operations. Working closely with all cross‑functional disciplines to identify and resolve logistics needs/opportunities and their impact on the entire supply chain, managing stakeholder’s expectations and ensuring the logistics operation delivers on its promises.
