This is a key role with responsibility for overseeing warehouse operations, managing warehouse teams, and maintaining compliance with GMP, GDP, and health and safety standards.You will lead the efficient running of warehouse processes, stock management systems, and ensure high standards of hygiene, documentation, and performance are upheld.Key Responsibilities:Lead safe and effective day-to-day warehouse operationsManage the Warehouse Stock Management SystemEnsure compliance with GMP, GDP, COSHH, and H&S regulationsMonitor and develop team performance and motivationOversee warehouse KPIs and capacity planningLiaise with cross-functional departments including Quality, Production, and EngineeringMaintain high hygiene and housekeeping standardsManage material storage and controlled destruction of expired or rejected goodsReview and update SOPs within your area of responsibilitySupport departmental training via the Compliance Wire systemOversee documentation and process changes via QMS (TrackWise) and EDMSSupport continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team membersKey Requirements:Previous experience in aWarehouse Management roleStrong understanding ofGMP and pharmaceutical regulationsExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, team-oriented, and proactiveIT literate with experience using warehouse systems and QMS toolsKnowledge ofLean Thinking and implementing lean projectsWillingness to work at height (TSP truck) and travel if neededWhat’s on Offer:Opportunity to work in a highly respected pharmaceutical environmentCompetitive hourly rate with overtime potentialCareer development potential with the possibility of permanent hireInterested?If you’re an experienced Warehouse Manager ready to take on a new challenge in a regulated and rewarding industry, we’d love to hear from you.
