INFORM3 RECRUITMENTWarehouse ManagerJob Location: DundalkSector: CivilINFORM3 are currently recruiting a Warehouse Manager to take responsibility for the control of all stock passing through the office in Louth.The client has over 30 years’ experience in Civil Engineering and have an excellent reputation amongst their clients for achieving consistent high-quality work on their projects.Warehouse Manager Requirements:Keep stock/materials neat and tidy and well organised to facilitate receipts/despatches and countingSign for and scan deliveries into ERP system and run transfer reports,Time sensitive correspondence confirming/disputing deliveries.Ensuring inventory is accounted for and managedKeeping detailed records of inventory countsPerforming audits to ensure records match physical productsAbility to gauge inventory levels and meet demand needs.Prepare orders for subby collectionReconcile stock to account for and identify any wastage occurring on siteAssist build manager with assessing work completion (no knowledge is assumed – full training will be given)Daily checking of various elements of site work using computer to assess quality and feedback to sub-contractorWarehouse Manager Specification:Minimum 3 years Industry experienceExperience on organising men and ordering materialsSound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of softwareExcellent interpersonal and written communication skillsForklift experience is desirableFull Driving License is essentialThis client appreciates the value of hard work, professional working practices and high standards and in return can offer an excellent overall package to the right person.For any more information on the role, please don’t hesitate to contact Michelle on NI 028 3089 8345 or ROI 015 314 886 or via email michelle@inform3.comINFORM3 Recruitmentis an equal opportunities employer.
