About the role:

As our Warehouse Logistics Manager, you will ensure all food and items produced by their production unit are efficiently dispatched to their various sites. This is a hands-on, night-time role, requiring full flexibility and strong operational oversight.


Key Responsibilitities

  • Oversee night-time dispatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries to all sites.
  • Manage stock levels, perform regular stock takes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Plan and schedule driver routes efficiently.
  • Organise staff rotas, including holidays, to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Coordinate deliveries, ensuring they are completed on time and without issues.


What They Are looking for:

  • A Warehouse Manager with night shift flexibility with a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Proven experience in logistics, stock management, and staff scheduling.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
  • Hands-on approach and commitment to maintaining high standards.
