As our Warehouse Logistics Manager, you will ensure all food and items produced by their production unit are efficiently dispatched to their various sites. This is a hands-on, night-time role, requiring full flexibility and strong operational oversight. Key Responsibilitities Oversee night-time dispatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries to all sites.
Manage stock levels, perform regular stock takes, and maintain accurate records.
Plan and schedule driver routes efficiently.
Organise staff rotas, including holidays, to maintain smooth operations.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards.
Coordinate deliveries, ensuring they are completed on time and without issues.
What They Are looking for: A Warehouse Manager with night shift flexibility with a Full UK Driving Licence.
Proven experience in logistics, stock management, and staff scheduling.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
Hands-on approach and commitment to maintaining high standards.
