We are a dynamic and growing company looking for a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This role offers full time hours working Monday to Friday and will be an ongoing contract

Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations by providing essential administrative support. You will work closely with the warehouse team to manage stock records, process documentation, and maintain efficient communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels.

* Process and update documentation related to goods in and out.

* Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

* Assist with order processing, invoicing, and data entry.

* Support health and safety compliance within the warehouse.

* Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and system updates.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.

* Knowledge of picking/packing admin for a production environment.

* General Administration including photocopying, Scanning of paperwork, Company ID Cards

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
