Warehouse Administrator – Keep Our Production Flowing Location: Brough Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Join a thriving, forward-thinking manufacturing team where your organisational skills will directly keep production on track. As our Warehouse Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our stores operation — making sure every build pack, kit, and record is ready exactly when it’s needed.
This is more than just an admin role. You’ll be a key link between stores, planning, and production, ensuring everything runs smoothly from incoming goods to finished assemblies. If you enjoy working in a role where accuracy matters, deadlines are important, and teamwork is valued, this could be the perfect fit.
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing and completing kitting procedures so production never skips a beat
* Managing picking sheets, part labels, and material requests with precision
* Creating build record packs for our Brough site
* Updating and maintaining our Factory Master database
* Supporting with goods-in processes when needed
* Taking ownership of key stores administration tasks
What we’re looking for:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths, Grade C or above
* Previous stores and administration experience (manufacturing environment an advantage)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office; Factory Master knowledge a plus
