We are recruiting for one of our clients who are expanding rapidly and looking to hire a Senior Warehouse Operative to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Working alongside warehouse team undertaking warehouse duties as well as supervising and supporting staff Order picking, packing, stock control, and health & safety Prioritise workloads and ensure timely despatch of orders Train team members and complete performance assessments Manage stock accuracy, resolve queries, and oversee courier collections Maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient working environment What Were Looking For: Solid & consistent background within warehousing Strong communication and team leadership skills Reliable, organised, and detail-focused Positive, solutions-driven, and open to improvement ideas Confident using systems (Word, Excel, browsers) A team player who thrives under pressure
