We are recruiting for one of our clients who are expanding rapidly and looking to hire a Senior Warehouse Operative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working alongside warehouse team undertaking warehouse duties as well as supervising and supporting staff

* Order picking, packing, stock control, and health & safety

* Prioritise workloads and ensure timely despatch of orders

* Train team members and complete performance assessments

* Manage stock accuracy, resolve queries, and oversee courier collections

* Maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient working environment

What We’re Looking For:

* Solid & consistent background within warehousing

* Strong communication and team leadership skills

* Reliable, organised, and detail-focused

* Positive, solutions-driven, and open to improvement ideas

* Confident using systems (Word, Excel, browsers)

* A team player who thrives under pressure
