Sales & Operations Coordinator

Our client is a fast-growing, internationally focused business operating across the UK, Europe and the US. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator to support their end-to-end order management, logistics, and purchasing functions.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of the business and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process B2B orders across the UK, Europe and US, acting as the primary point of contact for customers, purchasing teams and warehouse partners

*

Maintain and update master stock, sales and forecasting spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy across multiple data sources

*

Support weekly planning meetings with directors, aligning purchasing and fulfilment requirements

*

Place and manage factory orders, including negotiating pricing, resolving delays and ensuring on-time production

*

Coordinate with international suppliers, particularly in China, to manage shipping schedules via sea and air freight

*

Work closely with 3PL partners to prioritise orders and ensure smooth fulfilment

*

Lead seasonal and promotional projects from initial agreement through to final delivery

*

Prepare and manage accurate shipping documentation for EU deliveries

*

Reconcile consignment stock and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders

Requirements

*

Previous experience in a sales administration, logistics, supply chain or operations role

*

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

*

Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with internal teams and international suppliers

*

Experience working with spreadsheets and managing data (Excel proficiency preferred)

*

A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail

*

Experience coordinating freight, shipping or working with 3PL providers is advantageous
