About the Role

Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic environment? We’re on the lookout for a Shift Manager to join our Buffets department! You’ll be at the heart of our catering stores warehouse, guiding a fantastic team of kitchen porters.

As you report to the Back of House Manager, your mission will be to ensure that daily tasks are executed flawlessly. You’ll coordinate the team to meet fluctuating food and equipment demands while maintaining our high standards.

Your role will involve:

• Coaching and supporting the team to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Driving key targets such as delivery times, cleanliness standards, and adherence to food safety and Health & Safety policies.
• Conducting weekly stocktakes and liaising with external suppliers and our Finance team to process orders and invoices.
• Assisting wider resort teams during conference breaks and moving items around the resort.

This position covers a 40-hour, 5-day work week over 7 days, so flexibility is key. Shift times range from 6 AM to 9 PM .

• Previous experience leading a team in a restaurant, kitchen, or food warehouse environment.
• A balance of accuracy and quality in your work.
• Confidence in directing and responding to various situations while maintaining brand standards.
• The ability to motivate and engage your team, even during peak times.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire your team to achieve amazing results.
• A valid forklift license is a plus!
