The Company Maison Margaux is a fast-growing luxury British homeware brand, offering the rental of unique linens, tableware, cutlery, and glassware for a diverse range of weddings and events from 20 people up to 1000.
Role overview We are seeking dynamic, diligent, and experienced professional to lead the set-up of our warehouse operations facility in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in events or catering and demonstrate exceptional leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting operational impact by developing and implementing systems, workflows, and processes that directly support the warehouse activities.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive mindset and a commitment to operational excellence.
