We are seeking a Process & Systems Implementation Lead to play a pivotal role in the successful setup of my clients new factory facility. This is a rare opportunity to shape the foundations of a brand-new operation.
You will take a hands-on role in designing and embedding core operational processes—from workflows and stock controls to quality systems and IT infrastructure. Equally, you will act as a consultative partner, engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders to influence decision-making, align priorities, and ensure best practices are adopted across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and optimise workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Design and implement stock control and inventory management systems.
- Develop and embed quality control processes and procedures.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and improve operations.
- Support the selection, configuration, and rollout of IT systems (ERP/MRP, MES, QMS, etc.).
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to align processes with business goals.
- Provide clear documentation, SOPs, and training to enable sustainable adoption.
- Act as a bridge between setup and operational readiness, delivering a fully functional process framework.
- Influence and engage stakeholders across the organisation and with external partners, ensuring alignment and commitment.
Requirements & Skills:
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Systems, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in factory setup or process implementation.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt) or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ERP/MRP and factory IT systems.
- Hands-on experience setting up workflows, stock control, and quality systems.
- Excellent problem-solving ability, with a track record of delivering solutions under tight timelines.
- Highly communicative, consultative, and influential, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
- Experience with system rollouts, migrations, or ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with change management practices to support adoption of new systems.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to turn insights into process improvements.
