Responsibilities

1. Oversee and take part in receiving, picking, and shipping. Ensure operations meet standards. Assign tasks like inventory management, stock - arrangement, and inventory counts. Track task progress.
2. Resolve warehouse issues such as order problems, incorrect shipments, or data discrepancies. Coordinate with other teams to keep operations running smoothly.
3. Make sure warehouse documents are accurate and up - to - date, and data is correctly entered. Help with inventory audits and reconcile records.
4. Enforce safety rules, including equipment use and goods stacking. Keep the warehouse clean and organized following 5S principles.
5. Assist in training new employees. Monitor team performance, give feedback, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

1. 2 - 3 years in warehouse operations, 1 year in a leading role. E - commerce or logistics experience is a plus.
2. Good knowledge of warehouse processes. Skilled in using warehouse software and office apps like Excel. Familiar with safety rules and 5S concepts.
