to join our clients team in Wellesbourne! As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supervising daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring an efficient workflow within the warehouse. Working Patterns: 4 on 4 off rotation (weekend working is essential) Shift Options: 08:00

20:00 or 20:00

08:00 (choose day or night shifts to suit your lifestyle) Pay Rate:

£13.50 - £14.50 per hour Key Responsibilities: Supervision and leadership of warehouse staff, ensuring a motivated and productive work environment Performance management through regular feedback, coaching, and training to enhance team productivity and engagement Operational oversight to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently, meeting safety and quality standards Effective communication and coordination with team members and other departments to facilitate workflow Problem-solving to address any operational challenges and implement effective solutions Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management Conducting regular safety inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Assisting in the development and implementation of warehouse procedures and best practices Managing scheduling and workload distribution to optimise efficiency and meet operational targets Supporting the onboarding process for new team members Requirements: Experience in a Warehouse or Logistics background is essential Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse environment Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and technology Strong understanding of inventory management practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required If you are looking to take the next step in your career and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
