Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Team Leader in Bath, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials to our fast-moving assembly line and Rotork assembly plants worldwide. Your responsibilities will include leading a team to deliver accurate supply of components while actively engaging in LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. In this role, you will: Take a proactive and disciplined approach to Rotork Environmental Health and Safety policy, encouraging identification and resolution of potential hazards. Reporting and closing out investigation into accidents and incidents. Disciplined approach to 5s principles, Warehouse, and inventory management policies. Lead the warehouse team, providing training, coaching, and conducting assessments. Lead the warehouse in accordance with the Rotork Lean and Daily Management rules / event-cycle of the site. (Rotork Management Operating Systems) Implementing warehouse policies to achieve the organisational goals. Drive Warehouse service levels for accuracy, quality, and process lead time to achieve productivity goals.
