Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join, lead and manage a small team for a growing 3PL business. You will play a crucial role by managing your team, overseeing daily operations, maximising efficiency, and developing and maintaining processes and procedures. If you have proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or similar role, preferable within a 3PL or SME and hold a forklift counterbalance license would be great but not essential. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the Teams operations, including goods in, cross doc, picking and packing. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs while maintaining service excellence. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Lead, coach, and develop a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimise productivity and foster a positive work environment.
