A manufacturing company near Oxford are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to be responsible for the storage and accuracy of stock within your designated area of responsibility

Supervising a team of stores operatives to ensure warehouse operations are safely and accurately carried out in accordance with company procedures. Ensuring that the team is motivated and encouraged to develop in an environment of continuous improvement. Managing the team workload and provided with clear leadership direction. . Main Duties: Assist in the management of the below activities but not limited to: * Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of Logistics operatives. * Hold weekly stand-up meetings with the store's operatives to detail objectives, priorities and business communication. * Enforce health and safety regulations and operates per company health and safety procedures and ensure the team follows best practices. * Monitor and manage the storage, kitting and dispatch of goods and materials. * Ensure stock levels are accurately maintained and recorded in the inventory management system. * Ensures strict adherence and implementation of FIFO.
