Location: Brierley Hill

Package: Circa £32,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm

I’m working with a well-established, manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader. This is a key role supporting the Warehouse Manager in ensuring all operations within the designated area run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining high standards of performance and achieving strong OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery for customers.

The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for:

* Oversee Warehouse operations and track team performance against key metrics

* Lead daily briefings to align the team on priorities and targets

* Manage shift schedules and flag any issues or delays to relevant teams

* Work cross-functionally to adapt to changes in customer demand

* Support staff development through training and upskilling initiatives

* Promote a strong health & safety culture and ensure compliance

* Establish and maintain clear operating procedures
