Lead and allocate daily tasks for a team of operatives Oversee order picking, checking, and loading to meet distribution targets Run daily briefs and manage team performance Maintain accurate records and use the Diplomat system Support HR with absences, RTW interviews, and colleague issues Promote a safe and efficient working environment Assist with GMP inspections, stock takes, and training Provide cover for the Transport & Logistics Supervisor as needed Requirements:
