Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire Hours: Minimum of 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 on a rotating shift pattern (various start times from 06:00)
Cotteswold Dairy , one of the UKs leading independent family-owned dairies, is seeking an experienced and motivated Chilled Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy warehouse and distribution operation in Tewkesbury. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic warehouse professional with food manufacturing, FMCG, or chilled logistics experience to lead a team in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
The Role Chilled Warehouse Team Leader
As a Chilled Warehouse Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations in our chilled warehouse, ensuring accurate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of chilled dairy products. You will lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, maintaining high standards of efficiency, health and safety, and product quality. This hands-on role involves coordinating stock movements, managing manual handling tasks, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-moving logistics and distribution setting.
