Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader looking for a new opportunity with a leading UK manufacturer based in Oldham? If so, we are looking for your skills to contribute to the successful running of the day to day warehouse functions and managing the team. You will be working a rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm and 12pm- 8pm Monday to Friday.

About the Role Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the focus of this Warehouse Team Leader role is to lead, manage, and develop the warehouse team to ensure a smooth-running, safe, and efficient environment that consistently achieves targets. Responsibilities include: The day to day management of people within the warehouse function. The day to day management of the companies WMS solution. Ensure the company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements. Ensuring that staff comply fully with health, safety and standard operating procedures.
