We're currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing operation within a fast-paced logistics environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and solid experience in warehouse systems, ideally SAP or a similar WMS. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of up to 30 pickers and packers across daily operations. Manage all day-to-day warehouse activity including planning, rostering, and resource allocation. Conduct return-to-work interviews, manage disciplinary procedures, and lead one-to-one meetings. Act as the go-to point for resolving operational and colleague issues, with confidence to handle difficult conversations. Drive productivity and performance in a time-critical, customer-focused environment. Ensure high standards of H&S, accuracy, and efficiency are met at all times.
