Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Pay Range/details:  £35,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Omega are supporting leading and innovative company in their search for a skilled and experienced Supervisor to work alongside the existing management team to oversee and co-ordinate their operations at their Bellshill plant.

Key Responsibilities - Warehouse Supervisor

Leading, training, and evaluating warehouse staff.

Tracking inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.

Overseeing the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods.

Enforcing safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.

Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.

Collaborating with other departments like logistics and procurement.

Maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling documentation.

Shift: 1:45am to 9:45am - Monday to Friday

Qualifications & Requirements - Warehouse Supervisor

Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques. Proven ability to direct and co-ordinate operations. Strong organisational and time management skills. Flexibility to changing priorities based on business needs. Food hygiene knowledge.
