Warehouse Supervisor

to join the operations team. The Role: As Warehouse Supervisor, youll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring that materials, components, and finished goods are handled efficiently and safely. Youll lead a small, dedicated team and work closely with production, logistics, and procurement to maintain smooth workflows. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the warehouse team, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.

Oversee goods in/out, stock control, and order picking.

Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock rotation.

Ensure all health & safety and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with production and transport teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.

About You: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role (ideally in manufacturing).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good knowledge of warehouse systems and processes.

Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach) desirable but not essential.

Proactive, organised, and safety-focused.
