Warehouse Supervisor Location: Slough Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 Role Type: 8month Fixed Term Contract (Permanent potential) Immediate start available

An opportunity has opened for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a manufacturing company based in Slough. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment ideally for a FMCG company. You will be taking a supervisory / leader position and assisting with the management of a growing team of operatives.

The role is initially a 8month fixed term contract but there is a view to potentially go permanent.

Warehouse Supervisor Key Skills: Experience working in a pick and pack warehouse / fulfilment environment Experience having lead teams or a background in a supervisory role Knowledge of production environments Must have order fulfilment experience Background in FMCG or Food Manufacturing would be ideal Any Quality or QMS experience would be a bonus H&S certification is desirable

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities: Lead and assist a team of operatives and helping with admin tasks Ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time Keeping the warehouse running smoothly and safely Monitor quality checks to ensure items are dispatched to the highest quality Keeping Health and Safety to the highest standard Liaising with management to work on any process improvements
