Warehouse Supervisor – Early Shift

The Role Supervise the warehouse team during the early shift (04:00 – 14:00) Oversee daily operations including goods-in, picking, and vehicle dispatch Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment Drive performance and productivity while maintaining high standards Support training and rollout of WMS, ERP, and transport systems Monitor stock accuracy and report on KPIs and team performance Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a warehouse or depot supervisory role Comfortable working early shift hours and leading a team Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills IT literate – confident with Excel and warehouse systems A valid forklift licence and IOSH certification are desirable Proactive and hands-on with excellent attention to detail Why Join Us?
