Deputy Warehouse Manager Location: Horsham Pay: £28,000 -£30,000
Hours: Full-time | Permanent You will need to have their own RTW, own car (as no public transport) and be in a commutable distance

If you're a hands-on, organised and people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment – we want to hear from you. We're on the lookout for a Deputy Warehouse Manager to be the right-hand to the Warehouse Manager. You’ll be keeping the wheels turning – supervising the team, managing day-to-day operations, and making sure everything runs smoothly, safely and on time. And when the Warehouse Manager is away? You’ll confidently take the reins.
What you’ll be doing: Running the show – from goods in and picking to packing and dispatch Supporting and developing a team who take pride in their work Keeping stock accurate, tidy, and moving efficiently Solving problems, spotting improvements, and making things better Owning health & safety and making sure standards are met across the board
What we’re looking for: Experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role Confident managing people and juggling priorities Organised, energetic, and calm under pressure Good knowledge of inventory and safety procedures
