Contek Recruitment are currently hiring for one of our Engineering clients, based near Delph, Oldham. Due to growth, they are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client are specialist manufacturers of bakeware systems and food/beverage related equipment. We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to take control of the warehousing side of the factory. Duties & Responsibilities: Supervising a team of 4 staff members, including 2 pickers/packers, and 2 FLT drivers. Overseeing the warehousing operations and bringing organization to the warehouse, as certain areas do require improvement. When settled in and have got to grips with the business, you will work alongside the Works Manager to schedule and organise weekly transport operations. Requirements: Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a warehousing environment is preferred. FLT license is required. Good organizational skills.
