Warehouse Supervisor, Dungannon, c£35k We are working with a successful supplier into the manufacturing, engineering and construction sectors to recruit for their new Warehouse Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis and paying c£35k + benefits. Supporting the Warehouse Manager you will; Supervise daily activities of warehouse staff Coordinate warehouse team to ensure operations are running effectively and efficiently Manage inventory levels Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, enabling a culture of continuous improvement Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs Assist with introduction of new KPI process What we are looking for Experience in similar role Strong people leadership experience Confident IT skills ideally to include WMS In return you can expect a generous package and progression opportunities.
