As a Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Supervising a team of three within the warehouse department
Leading daily morning meetings to align priorities
Streamlining warehouse and distribution processes
Overseeing shipping and distribution activities
Collaborating with customer service and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
Operating the Counterbalance and Reach forklift within the warehouse
Utilising SAP and MRP systems to manage inventory and workflow

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your experience will include:

Proven background in a manufacturing environment
Previous supervisory experience, ideally managing small teams
Understanding of shipping and distribution processes
Experience working with SAP and MRP systems
A forklift licence is essential
