Key responsibilities for a Warehouse Supervisor:

Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Supervise production workflows to ensure seamless integration with warehouse operations, maximising productivity while minimising resource use. Coordinate and oversee loading and unloading of delivery vehicles using manual handling and forklift trucks. Regularly review staffing levels to meet operational demands, involving the recruitment or reallocation of resources as necessary in consultation with the Warehouse Manager. Maintain detailed records and reports on warehouse activities, safety checks, and production metrics.
