Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a busy pick and pack operation in the Medway Towns, on a temporary basis. The role may become permanent for the successful applicant after a qualifying period. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising day-to-day pick and pack operations with a hands-on approach
*

Managing goods-in, stock checks, and assembly work
*

Supporting and motivating a warehouse team to meet daily targets
*

Working closely with other supervisors to ensure smooth handovers
*

Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Supervising a team of up to fifteen

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role
*

Strong communication and leadership skills
*

Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
*

Reliable with a strong attendance record
*

Able to work effectively as part of a supervisory team

Working Hours:

*

10:00am - 6:00pm
*

30-minute paid break (7.5 paid hours per day)
