Key Responsibilities Include:

Supervision & Support: Oversee daily picking and packing operations, providing hands-on support to the team. Lead by Example: Work alongside your team, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their best. Ensure Accuracy: Maintain order accuracy, monitor stock levels, and uphold a clean, safe working environment. Key Holder Duties: Take responsibility for closing the site, ensuring everything is secure at the end of the day.

What We're Looking For:
