About The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Night Shift Supervisor to help lead our logistics team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our delivery and installation runs are prepped to go out each morning and supported via tracking any issues which may arise throughout the day.
A hands-on approach is required to support our self-loading depot and you will ensure that all our vehicles are road worthy, legal and compliant whilst providing on-going support to our Drivers, Quality and People teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in a growing and dynamic business.
Salary: £33,215.91 per annum
Hours: 4 on 4 off (40.25 hours per week)
Start and finish time: 8.00pm -8.00am

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing:
Complete in-house reports for the Depot Manager daily
Check that all vehicles leaving the depot are secure and meet required transport legislation requirements
Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse Operatives and ensure they are complying with the training that they have received
Complete alcohol testing when required
