Warehouse Supervisor Monday to Friday 13:30 - 22:00 The Warehouse Supervisor, reporting directly into the Warehouse Manager, will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the back-shift (13:30 - 22:00), Monday to Friday. The key responsibilities for the role of Warehouse Supervisor based in Milton Keynes will be: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff to achieve departmental goals while maintaining strong employee relations and ensuring adherence to company policies. Monitor and review processes, layouts, and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimise costs, and support continual improvement initiatives alongside senior leadership. Plan and manage staffing levels, overtime, and workload distribution to meet deadlines efficiently while staying within budget.
