How will you contribute? Reporting to the Assistant General Manager.
Responsible for leading, motivating and guiding the team of Warehouse First Line Managers, Team Leaders and Colleagues.
Assigning tasks to ensure optimal productivity. Plan and manage operation resources to optimize utilisation of labour and equipment.
Responsible for optimizing the work tasks and reporting figures daily, identifying stock or picking/loading errors and highlighting these to the relevant teams.
