Contract: Full-time | Nights (4 on 4 off, 18:00-06:00)
About the Role
Our client, a leading logistics and distribution business, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee night operations. You will manage a large team, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate Team Leaders and Operatives to achieve KPIs.
Oversee order picking, loading/unloading, and inventory control.
Drive performance improvements and maintain Health & Safety standards.
Manage labour costs and ensure workflow continuity.
Conduct staff development and performance reviews.
About You
Proven experience in warehouse management within a fast-paced environment.
Strong people management and HR process knowledge.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
PC literate with WMS experience.
